About delivery method
The delivery method is the method specified by our shop, and as a general rule, customers cannot choose it.
In principle, we do not accept dates or time zones.
However, if you wish to specify the delivery method, date, or time zone for some reason, please be sure to contact us in advance [before ordering]. We cannot accept specifications after ordering. Please note.

Delivery days
Basically, it will arrive in 2 to 3 days after delivery is completed. (In the case of remote islands, it may take 3 to 4 days.)
This does not apply in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. Please note.

Damage during shipping
When packing, we will prepare for shipping with due consideration so that the outer box will not be scratched or dented. However, after delivery to the delivery company, there is a possibility that some trouble may occur during transportation or damage may occur due to the responsibility of the delivery company.
Please forgive scratches and dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.
